Rainbow Cakes

Rainbow cakes are seriously wow birthday cakes. Kids love the bright colours and they look stunning.

So this is a super fun cake to make.

These cakes are always big. Six layers of deep red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple layers with Tiptree strawberry jam and Buttercream between the layers. It's not just a good looking cake but delicious too!

I have finished this version with Smarties, but you can also have multi-coloured butter cream petals or an ombre effect.
