Welcome to Moo Moo Cakes the home of deliciously moreish cakes.
Hi, my name is Fiona. My bakery is located in my country home in Cavendish, Suffolk on the river Stour which is right on the Suffolk and Essex border. I love working with seasonal, local and organic produce. When baking my cakes and bakes I only like to use unrefined sugars, even in my buttercream. I try to reduce sugar in all my recipes and and increase flavour by only using the best ingredients.
Brides-to-be or birthday celebrators all want the same thing, a stunning cake that tastes great! I can create a wedding or celebration cake that matches your events look and feel, delights your guests and leaves them with one word on their mind.. 'Yum!'

A little bit about my ingredients...
It's true to say that I am a little bit obsessive about my ingredients. For example, I use unrefined sugars in my bakes, they have more flavour and are better for you. I always use organic butter, flour and milk. My eggs are free range and from Suffolk. After all, it's no secret. If you want to make a delicious cake you must use delicious ingredients. Otherwise, what's the point? Life's too short for bad cake.
Wedding cakes are the ultimate celebration cake and it is my absolute honour, to play a part in your special day. I make tiered cakes wrapped in buttercream, chocolate or caramel drips, even with fresh organic, edible flowers.
Perhaps you would prefer a top tier cake with matching cupcakes or even like to add mini wedding cake favours. I make all my wedding cakes delicious and I can custom any cake to suit your favourite flavour and of course to any special dietary requirements that you might have.

A 'Moo Moo' style cake, has a rustic buttercream finish. Accessorised with hand made sugar paste creations and hand piped message or cake topper. Always focusing on a mix of organic, local and seasonal ingredients. With no refined white sugars and bags of flavour. You can trust that the birthday cake that you choose will be deliciously moreish.
Cakes make a celebration (along with a little glass of bubbles). There's no better way to crown a celebration than the ceremonial unveiling of the cake. New job? New home?
